1. How It Works

Step-by-step participation process:

  1. Choose a Camp – Browse available programs on the “Our Camps” page.

  2. Submit Your Application – Fill out a simple registration form with your basic information.

  3. Confirmation – After review, you’ll receive an official participation confirmation.

  4. Pre-Camp Preparation – You’ll receive a detailed info pack with checklists and documents.

  5. Camp Experience – Participate in a full athletic, educational, and cultural program.

  6. Post-Camp Follow-Up – Receive a certificate, access media materials, and stay connected.

Our team is available to support you throughout the entire journey.



2. Preparing for Camp

Essential Packing Checklist:

  • Valid passport (at least 6 months before expiration)

  • Travel insurance

  • Sportswear (multiple sets)

  • Comfortable shoes, sandals

  • Personal hygiene products, towel

  • Basic personal medication (if needed)

  • Optional sports gear (if preferred)

  • Notebook and pen

Physical & Mental Readiness:

  • Maintain light training 2–3 weeks before the camp

  • Be ready for an intensive schedule (2–3 sessions daily)

  • Prepare to engage in new cultures, languages, and group settings

Required Documents:

  • Passport

  • Medical certificate (if requested)

  • Parental consent (for minors)

  • Visa (if required for the destination country)



3. Safety & Insurance

We ensure a secure and well-managed environment:

  • A dedicated SportNomads coordinator on site

  • Nearby medical partners available during the program

  • Monitored living and training conditions

  • Clear behavior and ethics code enforced for all participants

Insurance Guidance:

  • All participants are required to have valid international health insurance

  • Additional insurance recommendations are provided after registration

  • In case of emergencies, participants and families will have 24/7 contact access



4. Travel Tips

  • Guidance on local transport options, SIM cards, and currency

  • Country-specific travel tips provided before departure
